Supply changes, prices move, and mistakes happen. We show what changed instead of inventing a cleaner story.
How ordering works
Request first.
Confirm second.
Tell us what you want. Kevin reviews availability and scarce allocations, then confirms the final products and quantities before payment.

What this is for
The market serves the table.
Rogue improves access for players, collectors, and the community around the table while helping Gone Rogue Games grow sustainably.
This is not a wholesale club or a guaranteed source of resale inventory. Scarce products require judgment, and that judgment remains human.
What we believe
A market should make the hobby better.
Not noisier. Not more extractive. Better for the people who play, collect, teach, trade, and keep local tables alive.
Read why Rogue existsPlayers and collectors both matter. The test is whether the market strengthens participation or mainly rewards extraction.
The system organizes evidence and history. Kevin remains responsible for the final decision.
Availability, price basis, review status, confirmation, and fulfillment should remain distinct and visible.

Know what happens next.
Until an order is confirmed, availability and quantity may change. Your account shows the current status so you do not have to chase an update.
- 01Submitted
We received your request and gave it a confirmation number. Nothing has been charged.
- 02Under review
Kevin is checking availability, eligibility, and quantities.
- 03Tentative
The request is likely, but supplier or inventory details can still change.
- 04Confirmed
The final product and quantity are approved. Payment instructions follow separately.
- 05Fulfilled
Payment is recorded and the order is held, shipped, or ready for pickup.
Requests are not charges
Submitting records what you want. It does not guarantee a product or collect payment.
Allocations stay human
Kevin reviews scarce products. The website organizes the information but never makes the final decision.
Your information stays protected
Member pricing, vouchers, and personal order history remain inside an eligible account.
Availability stays honest
You see what is currently being offered, not every unit that may exist in the warehouse.

From the Rogue archive
The chart that helped shape the system.
This blueprint records an earlier planning stage. It is preserved here because the core ideas still matter, but its tier examples and quantities are not current policy.
- Kevin makes the final decision. The website organizes evidence and never finalizes a scarce allocation automatically.
- Wide before deep.Eligible patrons receive a fair first opportunity before additional copies are considered.
- Tier is not a guarantee.Tier affects eligibility and priority, but it never promises a product or quantity.
- Vouchers stay within the cohort.A voucher may improve priority among eligible patrons. It does not jump eligibility tiers.

What the labels mean.
The market distinguishes inventory Kevin can verify from supplier information that still needs another check.
FAQ & policy
The short answers.
Does submitting guarantee the product?
No. Submitting records your request and may temporarily hold listed in-stock quantity. Kevin still reviews availability and quantities before confirmation.
Will an algorithm decide allocations?
No. The website gathers the relevant information, but Kevin makes and confirms every final allocation decision.
Why can my quantity change?
Supplier quantities, damage, demand, membership eligibility, and last-minute information may all affect the final amount. Changes remain visible in your request history.
Can non-Patreon members have access?
Yes. Approved manual accounts can be used when Patreon is not the right membership path.
Where can I look for products that are not listed?
Use the public distributor and manufacturer links in the Request an Item product finder. Find the exact product, then include its name, SKU, or page link with your request. Kevin confirms Rogue pricing and availability afterward.
Where can I see my vouchers?
Your account will show the vouchers issued, available, held, redeemed, expired, or canceled for your patron identity.
